If you change your mind within 30 days, you can obtain a refund if you have your original receipt or proof of purchase. If you don’t have proof of purchase, we are happy to exchange your items. Items returned must be in their original sale condition.

Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons, we cannot exchange/refund for hair accessories and any kind of piercing products, unless quality issues.

We address product quality issues within 3 months of the date of purchase. Customers are entitled for one of the following choices:
